The refresher: our Daily Coffee

The Refresher is our companion throughout the day. Whether after a meal or simply in between, it is always a good choice. It is a special mixture of high-quality top varieties: the naturally prepared (dried in the cherry) Nganda from Uganda gives the refresher its sweetness, the washed prepared Caturra (Peru) and Catuai (Colombia) give it liveliness and freshness.

The key aromas are almond, cocoa and banana.

Of course, the coffees used are hand-picked, elaborately prepared and individually roasted as a single origin before they delight together as a refresher.

For the preparation we use a BigStep, Chisel and a Pullman Filtration Basket 876 with 17-19g. We use 18g ground coffee, brew 24 seconds, drink 38g.
