Pullman Portafilter Handle - Australian Oak
 Like the Barista and Nexus handles, the Portafilter handles are handcrafted masterpieces - perfectly crafted, balanced and a dream to look and feel. The materials are identical to those of the Barista handles

 Australian Oak ( Grevillea robusta) is a deciduous tree up to 40m tall that is native to the eastern coast of Australia. The Australian (silver) oak is often used in furniture construction due to its resistance to wood rot. The pink-red hardwood with a medium-dense grain is striking. This leads to a natural staining pattern on the vertical surfaces of the handle.
Australian oak has a beautiful, natural feel, is very warm and pleasant to the touch and ideal for a natural tamper grip.

Easy to clean with a soft, damp cloth.

The Pullman 876 Filtration System, the new era of precision sieves. Independently tested by the Australian Coffee Science Lab. The data shows:
- Significant improvement in extraction performance, especially with modern roasts
- (significant TDS increase of 0.1% and extraction increase of 0.2%, 0.5% increase in modern roasts).
- resulting in improvement in most sensory relevant areas of acidity, sweetness and finish.

Exactly 876 precision laser-cut holes with smaller, always exactly the same hole diameter ensure precise and consistent extraction.
 - four different sizes for different grammages
 - Polished, no burrs, no scratches, no deformed holes
- designed and optimally suited for use with Pullman BigStep tampers:
- Maximum surface coverage thanks to millimeter-precise manufacturing, no channeling at the edges thanks to perfect fit
- AISI 304 material that meets the requirements of the European Food Contact Directive, FDA and ROHS.
