Pullman portafilter handle - anodized aluminum
Like the Barista and Nexus handles, the Portafilter handles are handcrafted masterpieces - perfectly crafted, balanced and a dream to look and feel. The materials are identical to those of the Barista handles.

Robust, classic, straight forward - the handle made of anodized aluminum. The electrolytic oxidation of aluminum makes the material harder, more durable and more corrosion-resistant. Anodized handles are also largely insensitive to impact damage because no color is applied during anodization, but rather the top layer of aluminum is converted into an oxide. The resulting insensitivity to water and the low weight make the handle the perfect companion for the professional barista.

The Pullman 876 Filtration System, the new era of precision sieves. Independently tested by the Australian Coffee Science Lab. The data shows:
- Significant improvement in extraction performance, especially with modern roasts
